维吾尔族和汉族强直性脊柱炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡和细胞周期初步分析

摘    要:目的探讨维吾尔族(简称维族)和汉族强直性脊柱炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡和细胞周期与人体白细胞A系统(HLA)-B27的关系. 方法采用流式细胞技术测定维、汉族HLA-B27 和B27-的强直性脊柱炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡和细胞周期. 结果在男性B27 组中细胞凋亡(Apo)百分比和S期比率(SPF)均存在统计学差异(tApo=6.29, P<0.01;tSPF=7.46, P<0.01), 维族患者均高于汉族; 在男性B27-组和对照组中Apo和SPF均无统计学差异(tApo=1.01, P>0.05; tSPF=0, P>0.05;tApo=0, P>0.05;tSPF=0,P>0.05). 在女性B27 组中Apo和SPF无统计学差异(tApo=0.792 9, P>0.05; tSPF=1.85, P>0.05);在女性B27-组SPF存在统计学差异(t=4.06, P<0.01), 维族患者高于汉族,Apo无差异性(t=0, P>0.05);对照组Apo存在统计学差异(t=5.18, P<0.01), 维族患者高于汉族, 而SPF则无差异性(t=0, P>0.05),就不同性别而言,无论在维族或汉族患者中,在B27 组Apo和SPF均表现为男性高于女性(t维族Apo=65.29,t维族SPF=12.36; t汉族Apo=62.78,t汉族SPF=3.94; P均<0.05),而在B27-和对照组则表现为女性均高于男性(t维族Apo=2.59, t维族SPF=6.78; t维族Apo=5.68, t维族SPF=4.27; t汉族Apo=2.61, t汉族SPF=4.03; t汉族Apo=10.15, t汉族SPF=4.06; P均<0.05).结论维、汉族强直性脊柱炎患者之间HLA-B27的表达与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡及其细胞增殖周期具有一定程度的关联性和差异性,为进一步深入研究提供了有益的线索.

Analysis of Lymphocyte Apoptosis and Cycle in Patients of Uygur and Han Nationalities with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract:Objective To discuss relationship between lymphocyte apoptosis or cycle and HLA-B27 of Uygur and Han patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods The flow cytometry techniques was applied to detect apoptosis and cycle of HLA-B27 + and B27 - of Uygur and Han patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Results According to nationlities, there were statistical differences in Apo and SPF (t Apo =6.29, P= 0.000 0; t SPF =7.46, P=0.000 0) in male B27 + group, Uygur higher than Han; there were no statistical differences in Apo and SPF in male B27 -and control groups (t Apo =1.01, P=0.317 0, t SPF =0, P=1; t Apo =0, P=1, t SPF =0, P=1); there were no statistical differences in Apos and SPF (t Apo =0.792 9, P=0.431 3, t SPF =1.85, P=0.069 5) in female B27 +groups; there was statistical difference in SPF(t=4.06, P= 0.000 1), Uygur higher than Han, and there was no statistical difference in Apo (t=0, P=1) in female B27 - group; there was statistical difference in Apo (t=5.18, P=0.000 0), Uygur higher than Han, and there was no statistical difference in SPF (t=0, P=1) in control group. According to sex, no matter Uygur or Han patients, it showed male higher than female in Apo and SPF in B27 + group (t UygurApo =65.29, t UygurSPF =12.36, t HanApo =62.78, t HanSPF =3.94, P<0.01 in all) and female higher than male in Apo and SPF in B27 - and control group (t UygurApo =2.59, t UygurSPF =6.78; t UygurApo =5.68, t UygurSPF =4.27; t HanApo =2.61, t HanSPF =4.03; t HanApo =10.15, t HanSPF =4.06; P<0.05 in all). Conclusions The study shows differences and relationships between expression of HLA-B27 and lymphocyte apoptosis or cycle in ankylosing spondylitis between Uygur and Han nationalities, and give helpful clues for further research.
