| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对住院老人服药依从性的影响.方法:将我院老年病科接受药物治疗的病人792例随机分为两组,实验组424例,对照组368例.实验组病人在住院期间进行针对性的护理干预,对照组予以常规护理.出院时对两组病人进行问卷调查,评价两组病人服药的依从性.结果:实验组药物治疗依从率为73.11%,对照组为45.38%,两组比较差异有显著意义(X2=63.26.P＜0.01).结论:有效的护理干预可明显提高住院老病人对服药的依从性,从而提高药物治疗的效果.
