14例孤立性脉络膜血管瘤的临床分析

目的 探讨孤立性脉络膜血管瘤的临床特征和治疗方法。方法 回顾14例近7年来诊断为孤立性脉络膜血管的患者的临床资料，对其眼底状况和眼底荧光血管造影的改变进行着重分析，对用激光治疗及冷冻治疗后的结果进行随访。结果 本病通常发生于单眼且大多数位于眼底后极部，呈圆形、桔红色并具有透光性。荧光造影显示在视网膜中央动脉充盈前期出现不规则脉络膜血管荧光，迅速渗漏。本病以激光治疗视力预后较好。结论 眼底血管造影是诊断脉络膜血管瘤一个重要的方法，在条件许可时，激光治疗是首选的治疗方法。

A clinical analysis of 14 cases circumscribed choroidal hemangiomas

Objective To approach the character and treatment of circumscribed choroidal hemangiomas.Methods 14 cases circumscribed choroidal hemangiomas of recent 7 years were studied.We analyzed the character of fundus check and fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA).Following with the result of laser treatment and cryotherapy.Results Circumscribed choroidal hemangiomas are common in monocular and occur in postpole,which are similar in circular shape and in orange color,which can be penetrated by light.FFA shows hemangiomas filling with irregular fluorescence of choroidal vessels like previous to the retinal arteries phase and leaking of fluorescein quickly.Laser treatment has a comparative good visual acuity in result.Conclusions FFA is the main way to diagnose of circumscribed choroidal hemangiomas.Laser treatment is the best way in treating if conditions permit.
