安徽省2010年国家级流感监测哨点医院监测工作状况分析

摘    要:目的分析流感监测哨点医院监测工作的质量和存在的问题,为提高监测效率奠定基础。方法通过现场调查的方法,对17个市25家哨点医院进行问卷调查,并从流感监测系统下载数据,了解哨点医院监测诊室设置情况,分析哨点医院流感样病例的报告、标本的采取送检情况。结果 2010年安徽省的ILI%为2.77%,儿童专科医院的ILI%高于综合性医院;2010年报告ILI最多为儿内科门诊,ILI年龄集中在0~4岁和5~14岁年龄组;25家哨点医院平均每周采样超过5例共有16家,占64.00%,48h内送样的标本占总标本数的80.82%,48h内、48h后送检的标本检测阳性率分别为15.25%、8.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=56.07,P〈0.01)。结论流感监测系统已初步构建,但也存在一定的问题,要加强督导,提高监测效率。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the quality and determine questions of influenza surveillance in sentinel hospitals and lay a foundation for improving the influenza surveillance efficiency.Methods Data were collected from 25 sentinel hospitals by questionnaire investigation and from influenza surveillance system.We investigated the monitored office installation in sentinel hospitals and analyzed quantity and quality of influenza-like illness case reports and throat swab specimen.Results Percentage of visits for influenza-like illness(ILI) of all sentinel hospitals was 2.77%,and that of children’s hospitals was higher than that of general hospitals.Most of the cases were reported in children internal medicine out-patient and belonged to 0~4 and 5~14 age group.There were 16 sentinel hospitals whose average collected specimens were more than 5 in the 25 sentinel hospitals,accounting for 64.00%.There were 80.82% of specimens whose time interval from collection to network laboratories was fewer than 48 hours.The positive rates of specimens whose time interval was fewer than 48 hours and more than 48 hours were 15.25% and 8.70% respectively.There was significant difference between the two types of specimens(χ2=56.07,P<0.01).Conclusion Influenza surveillance system has been set up at present,but there are still some questions.We should enhance supervision and improve surveillance efficiency.
