马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗轻中度溃疡性直肠炎的临床观察

目的探讨马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择213例符合轻、中度溃疡性直肠炎诊断的患者随机分为马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合柳氮磺吡啶栓组(治疗组)108例,柳氮磺吡啶栓组(对照组)105例,疗程均为4周。对两组治疗前后的症状、电子结肠镜检查及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗组症状改善有效率均高于对照组,两组无不良反应发生。结论马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗轻、中度溃疡性直肠炎安全有效。

Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Effects to Mild and Moderate Ulcerative Proctitis by Drug Combination of MAYINGLONG TM Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment and Sulfasalazine Suppositories

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety to ulcerative proctitis(UP) by drug combination of MAYINGLONG TM musk hemorrhoid ointment and Sulfasalazine suppositories.Methods To select 213cases which diagnosed as mild and moderate ulcerative proctitis and divide them into two groups,with 108cases in drug combination of MAYINGLONG TM musk hemorrhoid paste and Sulfasalazine suppositories group(Treating group) and 105cases in Sulfasalazine suppositories group(Control group) respectively.All patients were received 4weeks ’ course of treatment.The symptoms(pre and post treatment) and adverse effects of the two groups were observed by using colonoscopy.Results Compared with the control group,treating group had better therapeutic effects and neither of the two groups had adverse effect.Conclusion Drug combination of MAYINGLONG TM musk hemorrhoid ointment and Sulfasalazine suppositories was safe and effective to treat mild and moderate ulcerative.
