| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例本病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组比较无显著性差异;两组治疗后基础心率、6min步行试验及左心室射血分数等均有显著改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on congestive heart failure treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method:60 cases were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group and control group.Cases in the control group treated by routine western medicine and cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Results:The total effective rate was no difference between two groups.The basal heart rate,walking test within 6 minutes and ventricular ejection fraction improved significantly after treatment.Conclusion:The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had significant effect for treating congestive heart failure. |
