| 摘 要： | 葛根素是从葛根中分离出来的有效成分之一,具有扩张冠状血管、降低外周血管阻力、降血压、降血糖、β-受体阻滞等作用,因其疗效好,副作用少,葛根素逐渐在眼科中得到广泛应用,本文总结了近年来与眼科相关的葛根素药理机制的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Puerarin is one of the effective ingredients that is detached from puerariae thomsonii,and its effectiveness includes extension of coronary vessels,depression of peripheral vascular resistance,depression of blood pressure,reduction of blood glucose and inhibition of β receptor and so on.Because of its much more therapeutic effect and less side effect,puerarin is widely used for treatment on ophthalmopathy.This article reviewed recent research progress in effectiveness and pharmacological mechanism of puerarin in ophthalmopathy. |
