近十年中文视网膜色素变性治疗论文的循证评价

目的采用循证医学的方法对10年来国内视网膜色素变性临床治疗文献进行定性和定量分析,以期对这些论文结论的可信性和临床适用性进行评价。方法以视网膜色素变性、治疗等为主题词,检索1998年～2009年中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),选出视网膜色素变性治疗性文献。从每1个纳入的临床资料中提取作者、作者单位、发表年份、发表期刊名称、中西医选择、诊断标准、纳入标准、疗效判定标准、样本含量、随机化情况、对照设立情况、治疗措施等资料进行定性分析。结果检出视网膜色素变性相关题录的文献508篇,其中视网膜色素变性治疗性文献119篇,占23.4%,分别刊登在75种医学杂志上。在上述119篇文献中,直接以视网膜色素变性患者为研究对象的治疗性文献64篇,其中仅25篇(39%)文献提及诊断和疗效标准,共采用了6种诊断标准,仅14篇(21.8%)设立对照组,其余均为简单的疗效结局研究,仅有5篇文献简单提及随机,但未指明分组方法。结论近十年关于视网膜色素变性治疗的临床研究文献数量不断增加,但文献的总体质量较低,临床科研试验设计水平有待提高。

Evidence-based appraisement of Chinese literature(1998-2009)on retinitis pigmentosa treatment

OBJECTIVE To carry on qualitative and quantitative analysis on the treatment of primary retinitis pigmentosa on literature published from 1998 to 2009 with evidence-based medicine method in order to provide the best proof for the clinical treatment.METHODS With the searching terms including primary retinitis pigmentosa,treatment and so on,picked out the title records of treatment of primary retinitis pigmentosa from the Chinese Biomedical CD database.Carried on qualitative and quantitative analysis on treatment of primary retinitis pigmentosa on literature published from 1998 to 2009 with evidence-based medicine method,including the author＇s name,author＇s working unit,publishing year,article topic and the name of announced magazine,Chinese medicine dialectical or the dialectical cent type standard,modern medicine diagnosis standard,selected standard,sample quantity and estimation of sample and so on.RESULTS Concerning the bibliographical reference 508 articles were found.One hundred and nineteen articles（24.3%） were related to the treatment of RP and they were published in 75 Chinese journals.Sixty-four articles were of clinical trials.Only 25 articles（39%）have the standardized criteria of Inclusion and exclusion with 6 diagnostic standards.Only 14（21.8%）have control group.Only 5 of the studies reported the method by which they randomized patients,but the method was obscure.CONCLUSIONS The quantity of studies on treatment of primary retinitis pigmentosa have enhanced increasingly for the past decade,however,in general it＇s methodological quality was rather poor.The overall trial design level of clinical studies in this aspect needs to be enhanced.
