羟氯喹联合外用糖皮质激素治疗儿童泛发型环状肉芽肿一例并文献复习

报道1例羟氯喹联合外用糖皮质激素治疗儿童泛发型环状肉芽肿并对相关文献进行复习。患儿，男，8岁。躯干、四肢泛发性环状斑片2个月。组织病理检查：真皮内见上皮样肉芽肿，中央胶原纤维变性、坏死，肉芽肿周围组织细胞、淋巴细胞浸润，胶原纤维增生，胶原间散在单一核细胞浸润。诊断：泛发型环状肉芽肿。给予硫酸羟氯喹片0.1 g/d口服，皮损外用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏，1个月后复诊明显好转。继续治疗并随访。

Generalized annular granuloma in a child successfully treated with hydroxychloroquine combined with topical steroid: a case report and literature review

A case of Generalized annular granuloma in a child successfully treated with hydroxychloroquine combined with topical steroid was reported and relevant literature was reviewed. An eight years old boy presented with generalized annular plaques on the trunk and extremities for 2 months. Histopathological examination showed mild hyperplasia of epidermis, epithelioid granuloma in dermis, with degeneration and necrosis of central collagen fibers, infiltration of tissue cells and lymphocytes around granuloma, proliferation of collagen fibers, infiltration of mononuclear cells between collagen. The diagnosis of generalized annular granuloma was made. After oral administration of hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablet 0.1 g/d and topical compound clobetasol propionate ointment for one month, the lesions were significantly improved.
