摘    要:目的:研究桂枝挥发油(VORC)对脂多糖(LPS)致大鼠急性肺炎模型肺Toll样受体2(111R2)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)及其下游信号转导通路髓样分化蛋白88(MyD88))mRNA的影响;方法:VORC(0.1 mL/kg、0.05 mL/kg、0.0025 mL/kg)灌胃(ig)给药5天,末次给药后1 h用LPS(1mg/kg)大鼠尾静脉注射制备急性肺炎模型,注射后6 h无菌取肺,实时荧光定量PCR方法检测,TLR2、TLR4和MYD88 mRNA的表达;结果:LPS尾静脉注射6 h,模型组TLR2、TLR4和MYD88 mRNA较空白组表达相对增高了6.41、6.50、4.89倍;VORC各剂量组TLR2、111R4和MYD88 mRNA均较模型组表达显著降低;结论:桂枝挥发油抗炎的药效学作用可能与抑制TLR2、TLR4和MYD88 mRNA表达,继而抑制其下游信号通路有关.
