| Abstract: | The work gives a clinical assessment of the state of 116 patients with ileostoma after radical surgery for diffuse polyposis of the colon. Metabolic disorders were noted in 40-50% of the patients with ileostoma for a long time after surgery. More than 60% of the patients do not participate in socially useful labor being the 1 and 2nd group invalids. Persons with ileostoma need dispensary observation, treatment at the hospital including therapeutic measures and reconstructive-restorative operations. |
