清开灵注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察

目的：探讨清开灵注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法：６８例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为清开灵治疗组３８例和低分子右旋糖酐对照组３０例。治疗组用清开灵注射液４０ｍｌ～６０ｍｌ加入１０％葡萄糖５００ｍｌ中静滴，每日１次；对照组用低分子右旋糖酐５００ｍｌ，每日１次；２组均不用其它扩血管、抗凝和溶栓等治疗，但用抗生素、降颅压、降血压等对症治疗，２组均以２８日为１个疗程。结果：治疗组平均显效时间（７．５日）、显效率（７８．９５％）及总有效率（９４．７４％）均明显高于对照组（分别为１３．２日、５０．００％和７６．６７％，Ｐ均＜０．０５）；治疗组全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原含量均比治疗前显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：清开灵注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病具有疗效显著、使用方便、价格低的优点，值得推广应用

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of Qingkailing Injection on ischemic cerebral vascular disease

Objective:To explore the efficiency of Qingkailing Injection treating ischemic cerebral vascular disease (ICVD).Methods:Sixtyeight cases of ICVD were divided randomly into treatment group ( n =38),which treated with Qingkailing Injection 40 ml to 60 ml add to 10% glucose 500 ml for intravenous drip,once daily and control group ( n =30),which treated with dextran 500 ml ,once daily.In addition,they have not using other vasodilator,anticoagulator and thrombolytic drug,but antibiotic,decreasing cranial pressure and blood pressure drugs were given.Twentyeight days as a therapy course in all 2 group patients.Results:The mean time of obvious improvement was 7 5 days,obvious improvement rate was 78 95% and total effective rate was 94 74% in treatment group,they were higher obviously than those in control group(13 2 days,50 00% and 76 67% respectively,all P <0 05).On the other hand,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen content were decreased after therapy in treatment group ( P <0 01 or P <0 05).Conclusions:There have many merits of Qingkailing Injection treating ICVD including better therapeutic efficacy,convenient use and low price,so it is valuable to spread application.
