微卡辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核效果研究

目的:评价化疗并用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗(微卡)治疗复治涂阳肺结核的效果。方法:将患者随机分为微卡加化疗治疗组与单纯化疗对照组,观察治疗结束肺部病灶吸收、空洞闭合及痰菌阴转情况。结果:满疗程痰菌阴转率分别为93.5%和75.6%,治疗组高于对照组,两组比较,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组肺部病灶吸收率分别为84.8%和48.9%,空洞闭合率为60.9%和37.8%,两者比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)及差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:微卡能提高痰菌阴转率,有助于病灶吸收,可作为复治涂阳肺结核的免疫治疗和化疗的辅助治疗。

The Study of the Adjuvant Effect of Mycobacterium Vaccae on the Treatment of Recurrent Treated Smear Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To study the effect of chemotherapy and mycobacteriumvacca on the treatment of recurrent smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The patients were divided into two groups at random:mycobacterium vaccae plus chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group to observe thes lesion improvement,the cavity closure and sputum bacteriological negative rates.Results The sputum bacteriological negative rates were 93.5% and 75.6%.The observed group was higher than control group.All the results in the observed group were higher than control group.All the results in the observed group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.01).The lesions improvement rates in the observed group and control group were 84.8% and 48.9%(P<0.01).The cavity closure rates were 60.9%and 37.8%in the observed group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycobacterium vaccae can improve the sputum negative rates and the lesions absorption and might be values in the adjuvant treatment of immunotherapy and chemotherapy of pulmonary tuberculosis.
