| 摘 要： | 目的探讨薄膜过滤法在小容量注射剂无菌检查中应用的可行性。方法以1%地卡因注射液与10%普鲁卡因注射剂为样本,同时采用直接接种法与薄膜过滤法进行无菌检查。结果两种方法检查结果完全一致。结论在小容量注射剂无菌检查中薄膜过滤法可以代替直接接种法,方法简便、可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the validity of membrane filtration method in the sterility test of little capacity injection.Methods:Direct inoculation method and membrane filtration method were both employed in the sterility tests of 1%Dicaine Hydrochloride Injection and 10%Procaine Hydrochloride Injection, which were chosen as model injection. Results:Two methods showed the same results. Conclusions:Membrane filtration method is a validatory method in the sterility test of little capacity injection, as well as direct inoculation method. |
