| 摘 要： | 随着对肿瘤信号转导通路研究的不断深入,人们对肿瘤细胞内部复杂的信号转导机制以及它们对肿瘤生长、凋亡和转移等的影响越来越了解.目前,中药及其提取物通过作用于信号转导通路诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、影响肝癌血管生成的研究已取得可喜进步.现对近年来有关文献进行回顾,就此进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | As the research on the signal transduction pathway of tumor is developing, people has become more aware of the confusion of the signal transduction mechanisms on the tumor cells and their effects on tumor growth, apoptosis, and metastasis. Currently, the research that Chinese medicine and its extract inducing apoptosis and angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma by acting on the signal transduction pathway has made gratifying progress. In this article, we will provide an overview of recent literature about this. |
