艾灵颗粒治疗气虚血瘀、邪毒壅滞型HIV/AIDS 21例临床研究

目的观察艾灵颗粒治疗气虚血瘀、邪毒壅滞型艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者（HIV/AIDS）的临床疗效。方法将HIV/AIDS 21例予艾灵颗粒冲剂,每日2次,每次2袋开水冲服。如治疗期间出现并发症,进行对症治疗。4个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后症状与体征积分、免疫指标（CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8）、病毒载量、肝肾功能丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、血肌酐（Cr）]及体质量等变化情况。结果症状与体征、免疫功能和病毒载量总有效率分别为52.6%、57.9%、84.21% 治疗后乏力、脱发及总积分下降明显,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05） 治疗后CD4、CD8、CD3和CD4/CD8与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05） 治疗前病毒载量为（2.799±2.166）log/mL,治疗后为（2.828±2.297）log/mL,治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05） 治疗前ALT为（35.25±8.13）U/L,治疗后为（42.95±26.86）U/L,治疗前Cr为（55.21±11.51）μmol/L,治疗后为（53.42±10.28）μmol/L,治疗前后ALT、Cr比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论艾灵颗粒能显著改善HIV/AIDS患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,并在一定程度保护患者的免疫功能,控制病毒载量的升高,阻止病毒的快速复制,值得进一步观察应用。

Clinical effect of Ailing granule on the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Ailing granule on HIV/AIDS patients. Methods 21 HIV/AIDS patients were treated by Ailing granule, 2 packets, twice a day. The course was four months. The symptoms and signs score were recorded. The body weight, immune function indexes including CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8, viral load, the hepatic and renal function ALT and serum ereatinine were detected before and after the therapy. Results The total effective rate in symptoms and signs, immune function and viral load were 52.6% , 57.9%, 84.21%, respectively. The improvements of acratia, alopecie and total score after treatment were superior to those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences between before and after treatment on CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, viral load, the hepatic and renal function （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ailing granule can improve the symptoms and quality of life, maintain immune function and control of viral load increased rapidly to stop the virus replication.
