外周动脉留置针致动脉炎症及血栓的实验研究

目的探讨外周动脉留置针所致血管病理改变及其与留置时间的相关性,确定安全的留置时间,减少血管损伤。方法将种系相同,体重相近的大耳新西兰健康白兔随机分成第一组8只和第二组9只,取兔双耳的耳背动脉作为实验血管,留置动脉留置针。分别保留至96 h和168 h后,以穿刺点为起点向上沿留置动脉方向取2 cm×1 cm含动脉血管和耳廓组织的标本做病理切片,观察动脉血管的病理变化。结果炎症发生率2组分别为46.67%和94.44%,P<0.005(χ2=9.42),差异有统计学意义,第一组血栓发生率为40%,第二组血栓发生率为55.56%,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论动脉留置针留置时间与留置动脉周围组织炎症发生率呈正相关。

Experimental study of arteritis and thrombus caused by keeping peripheral artery catheter

Objective To study the correlation of pathologic change in blood vessel caused by I.A catheter in peripheral artery and indwelling time,in order to confirm safe indwelling time and reduce the injury of blood vessel.Methods Health New Zealand rabbits with the same kind and weight were divided into two groups randomly,the first group with eight and the second with nine rabbits.The arteries on the backside of the two ears were taken as tested blood tubes for I.A catheter and the catheters were retained for 96h and 168h.2cm long and 1cm width samples with artery and ear structure upstream the puncture point were taken as pathological section for the observation of artery pathologic change.(Results Inflammation) rate of the two groups is respectively 46.67% and 94.44%,P<0.005,the difference was significant in statistics.The thrombus rates of the two groups were respectively 40% and 55.56%.P>0.05,the difference is significant.Conclusions Indwelling time of I.A.catheter and the inflammation rate around indwelling artery were in positive correlation.
