| 摘 要： | 胸腔镜下胸部交感神经切断术治疗手掌多汗症１２８例，其手术创伤小，手术方法简单、安全、手术时间短、术后恢复快，疗效可靠。本方法作为微外科术式对手掌多汗症病人而言是值得提倡的。

| Abstract: | Since August 1993,thoracic sympathectomy with standard thoracoscopy were performed on 128 patients with palmer hyperhidrosis. The 44 male and 84 female patients had an average age of 27.6 years. The procedure of thoracoscopic thoracic sympathectomy was simple and safe,with no mortalities or complications. This minimally invasive surgical method is ideal for patients with palmer hyperhidrosis. |
