上颌窦内提升同期植入短种植体的临床应用

【目的】观察上颌窦内提升同期植入短种植体在上颌后牙区萎缩牙槽骨牙种植中的成功率。【方法】22例患者行上颌窦内提升同期植入37颗短种植体,术后六个月行临时义齿修复,临时修复半年后行永久修复。【结果】种植体术后观察8~24个月,种植体均稳定无松动,无疼痛,能负担固定修复体的咬合力。X片显示所有种植体周围及底部均有硬组织包绕,垂直骨吸收量〈1 mm。【结论】上颌窦内提升同期短种植体植入可以减轻手术创伤,减少手术并发症,缩短就诊时间,是上颌后区萎缩牙槽骨种植修复的有效方法。

Clinical application of localized internal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous short implant placement

【Objective】To observe the successs rate of localized internal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous short implant placement in the atrophyic posterior maxillary.【Methods】22 patients underwent localized internal sinus floor elevation and were inserted 37 short implants,provisional restoration was done 6 months lated,metal crown or fixed bridge was done another 6 months lated 【Results】The implants successs rats was 100%.X-ray examination showed all implants were surrounded with hard tissues and the marginal bone around the implant were stable,the absorbed bone was less then 1mm.the follow-up period was 8 months to 24months.【Conclusions】The localized internal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous short implant placement is an effective method for the atrophyic posterior maxillary region.
