| 摘 要： | 血脂异常为糖尿病剩留血管风险重要危险因素，糖尿病患者更应关注低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)正常，甘油三酯（TG）升高，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)水平较低这种特异血脂异常，本文综述糖尿病剩留血管风险近年研究，提高对糖尿病剩留血管风险认识。

| Abstract: | Dyslipidemia is an important risk factor for residual cardiovascular risk in patients with diabetes mellitus. Diabetic patients should pay more attention to the normal TG， low LDL C and high HDL C levels of this specific dyslipidemia. The article reviews the research on the residual cardiovascular risk in diabetic patients in recent years to increase awareness of the residual cardiovascular risk in diabetic patients. |
