腺性膀胱炎39例诊疗体会

目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断与治疗效果，提高腺性膀胱炎的诊治水平。方法对39例腺性膀胱炎采用经尿道电切汽化术加膀胱灌注治疗。结果37例随访8～85个月，平均52个月。26例治愈，9例好转（在8～17个月复发），2例术后18～43个月恶变膀胱癌。结论在解除膀胱出口梗阻的前提下经尿道电切、气化加膀胱灌注是腺性膀胱炎的有效治疗方法。腺性膀胱炎有潜在恶变倾向，需长期随访复查。

Experience on diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis(Report of 39 cases)

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and treatment procedures for cystitis glandularis and sum up the experience on its diagnostic and treatment. Methods 39 cases of cystitis glandularis were treated with transurethral resection or electrovaporization combined with bladder instillation. Results 37 cases have been followed up for 8 -- 85 months with a mean of 52 months, 26 cases are cured;9 cases improved, but recurred 8--17 months after treatment;2 cases developed bladder carcinoma 18 months or 43 months after transurethral resection. Conclusion On the premise of relieving the obstruction, transurethral resection or electrovaporization combined with bladder instillation of drug are the most effective treatment. Cystitis glandularis may develop into carcinoma, for this reason,close follow-up is necessary.
