| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胸上段食管癌的外科治疗。方法 :采用右胸、颈、腹三切口术式治疗胸上段食管癌 32例。结果 :右胸三切口具有显露满意 ,切除率高 ,不切开膈肌术后对咳嗽排痰有利 ,胸内操作和开胸时间短等优点。结论 :右胸三切口是胸上段食管癌手术的首选切口。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the surgical treatment of upper-thoracic esophageal carcinoma.Method:Thirty-two cases of upper-thoracic esophageal carcinoma were treated with subtotal esophagectomy through three-incision on the right thorax,neck and abdomen.Results:This operative procedure had the advantages of good exposure and high resectability,less time and manipulation in the thoracic cavity and without incision of diaphragm,leading to easy expectoration.Conclusion:Three-incision on right thorax,neck and abdomen is the first choice for surgical treatment of upper-thoracic esophageal carcinoma. |
