| 摘 要： | 目的分析家族性高血压病患者中医证型分布的流行病学特点。方法从收集到的698例确诊为高血压病患者中筛选出具有家族史的患者，对其中医证型分布进行统计学分析，有家族史与无家族史的患者进行对比分析。结果家族性高血压痛中医证型分布以肝火亢盛证为最突出证型。占患者总人数的59．2％。家族性高血压病患者与非家族性高血压病患者在中医证型构成上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论家族性高血压病中医证型以肝火亢盛证型居多。
