组织因子小干扰RNA在预防支架内再狭窄的研究进展

冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗领域研究的难点及热点,研究表明,组织因子在支架内再狭窄中发挥了重要作用;从基因层面,抑制组织因子表达可明显减少支架内再狭窄的发生。现就新兴的RNA干扰技术抑制组织因子在支架内再狭窄过程中的研究进展做一综述,期待更好地指导基础研究及临床治疗。

Progress on Tissue Factor Small Interfering RNA in Prevention of Stent Restenosis

Coronary stent restenosis is one of the difficulty and hot researchs in the field of percutaneous coronary intervention, and studies have shown that tissue factor has played an important influence on in-stent restenosis. From the genetic level, inhibiting the expres sion of tissue factor can significantly reduce in-stent restenosis. This article reviews on the emerging RNA interference technique to suppress tissue factor in the advancements of in-stent restenosis,expecting to give better instruction on the basic research and clinical treatment.
