| 摘 要： | 目的总结运用腹腔镜胆总管探查术的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1992年3月至2004年9月运用腹腔镜胆总管探查术对822例病人进行治疗的经验及效果。结果即时缝合的451例中423例及T管引流的371例中332例治疗获得成功。中转开腹8例,胆漏29例,术后残余结石内镜未取净11例,死亡4例。结论只要选择合适病例,腹腔镜胆总管探查术是可行、有效和安全的。

Clinical application of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration:a report of 822 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCDE).Methods The clinical data of 822 patients undergoing LCDE From March1992 to September 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The procedure was successful in 423 in 451 cases with primary suture of duct incision and 332 in 371 cases with T tube drainage.Eight cases were shifted to open common bile duct exploration.Bile leakage occurred in 29 cases.residual stones were removed by endoscopy in 11 cases.Four cases died postoperatively.Conclusion If patients are suitable,LCDE is a feasible,safe and effective method for skilled endoscopists. |
