| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨强心康治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择慢性充血性心力衰竭20例，均予吸氧、强心、利尿、扩张血管，包括血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂等治疗，在此基础上加用强心康，每次4片，每天3次，1个月为1疗程。用药前、后测定尿液水通道蛋白2及血浆肾脏精氨酸加压素。结果：治疗前、后水通道蛋白2分别为（387．9±102．6）、（206．7±49．21）；血浆肾脏精氨酸加压素分别为（50．36±15．63）、（30．19±11．46）。经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：强心康在陵性心力衰竭的治疗中不仅只是改善临床症状、提高生活质量，更重要的是在增加心脏收缩功能，逆转心室重构，减少水钠潴留，从根本上阻断慢性心衰发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinic effect of Qiangxin-kang on chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:Selected 20 cases with chronic congestive heart failure,and treated them with oxygen inhalation,cardiotonic therapy,diuresis therapy,dilating vessel agent including angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,β-blocker and so on.Besides,Qiangxin-kang was administrated at 4 tables per time,3 times a day,with 1 month as a course.Determined urinary excretion of aquaporin-2 water channel protein(AQP-2)and arginine vasopressin(AVP).Results:The result showed AQP-2 before and after treatment were(387.9±102.6)and(206.7±49.21),respectively;AVP were(50.36±15.63)and(30.19±11.46),with statistic significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qiangxin-kang can strengthen heart contract function,reverse ventricular remodeling,and reduce retention of water and sodium to block the progress of chronic heart failure,improve the clinic symptoms and life quality. |
