糖尿病合并脑梗死、肾功能衰竭患者血液流变学指标的观察

目的观察糖尿病合并脑梗死、肾功衰竭患者的血液流变学指标变化,探讨血液流变性在糖尿病血管并发症发生机制中的可能作用。方法糖尿病无明显血管并发症患者57例、糖尿病合并脑梗死患者59例、糖尿病合并肾功能衰竭患者33例与普通体检者29例(以上均为男性)的血液流变学指标进行统计分析。结果糖尿病无血管并发症组、糖尿病合并脑梗组红细胞压积、高切与低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量均较对照组升高,而在糖尿病合并脑梗组更为突出;糖尿病合并肾衰组红细胞压积、高切与低切全血粘度、血浆粘度均显著下降,而纤维蛋白原则升高。结论糖尿病患者普遍存在血液流变学异常,随着病程进展、血管并发症的出现而有加重趋势。

The Analysis of the Hemorrheological Indexes of the Patients with Diabetes

Objective To study the hemorrheology changes in diabetic patients and diabetic patients with cerebral infarction or renal function failure.Methods Compared the difference of the hemorrheological indexes among these patients with cerebral infarction(59cases) or renal function failure(33cases) and without the vascular complications(57cases).Result The HCT,the whole blood viscosity high shear rate,low shear rate,the plasma viscosity,the fribronogen levels of the diabetes and diabetes with vascular complication were higher than that of the control group,especial in the group of diabetes combined with cerebral infarction.The whole blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity reduce significantly,the levels of fibronogen increase significantly in the group of diabetes combined with renal function failure than the control group.Conclusions The hemorrheology disorders are quite usual in diabetic patients,and these disorders become more and more serious with the development of the vascular complications.
