RP-HPLC法测定滋阴舒肝颗粒中齐墩果酸的含量

目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定滋阴舒肝颗粒中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(80∶20),检测波长为208nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为室温。结果:齐墩果酸进样量在0.237~4.740μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.84%,RSD=1.19%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便可行、重现性好,可用于本制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Ziyin shugan Granule by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE ： To establish a RP - HPLC method to determine the content of Oleanolic acid in Ziyin shugan granule. METHODS： Kromasil C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）was used as chromatographic column, and the mobile phrase consisted of methanol- 0.2% phosphoric acid（80 ： 20） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 208 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at room temperature. RESULTS：The calibration curve of Oleanolic acid was in good linearity over the range of 0. 237--4. 740μg（ r = 0.999 8） .The average recovery of Oleanolic acid was 98.84% with RSD at 1.19% （n = 6） .CONCLUSION： The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Ziyin shugan granule.
