| 摘 要： | 目的：研究健康离退休干部机体ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ的变化情况，并确定其正常值；方法：对４３９名健康离退休干部按年龄分组，用邻苯三酚自氧化法测其ＳＯＤ活性，用硫代巴比妥酸法测其ＭＤＡ水平；结果：随年龄增长，ＳＯＤ活性呈降低趋势而ＭＤＡ水平呈升高趋势，本结果可作为驻穗离退休干部ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ水平的正常参考值；结论：检测机体脂质过氧化水平可推测机体衰老程度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the changing of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malonyldialdehyde(MDA) of healthy retired cardres,and determine the normal levels;Methods: 439 healthy retired cardres were alloted into different groups as their age,the activity of SOD was determined with pyrogallic acid self-oxidizing method and the level of MDA was determined by thiobarbituric acid reaction;Results: The activity of SOD had the decreasing tendence and the level of MDA had the increasingtendence with the increasing of age,the normal reference level of SODand MDA were furnished;Conclusion: Assaying the level of serum lipidperoxidation could infer the degree of organism decrepiting. |
