MRI结合MRCP对胰胆管系统疾病的诊断价值

目的探讨MRI结合MRCP技术在胰胆管系统疾病中的诊断价值。方法80例胰胆管系统疾病患者均行MRI及MRCP检查，其中32例患者有ERCP结果相对照，48例患者接受手术治疗并均有病理结果，结果MRI、MRCP与MRI MRCP对胆管梗阻部位显示的准确率均为100％，MRI MRCP可显示病灶大小、形态，定性准确率为93％(74／80)，单独使用MRI对病变定性的准确率为89％(71／80)，单独使用MRI MRCP对病变定性的准确率为71％(57／80)．结论MRI结合MRCP对于疾病定位、定性准确率高，具有重要的临床应用价值．

Diagnostic Value of MRCP Combined with MRI in Pancreaticobiliary Duct Diseases

Objective To evaluate the clinic value of MRCP combined with MRI in diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary duct diseases.Methods 80 cases were examined on a MRI scanner and the MRCP were obtained.Among them the ERCP were excepted in 32 cases.The other 48 cases had been operated and compared with MRI MRCP.Results The accuracy of MRCP combined with MRI for evaluating the site and the causes of these disease were 100% and 71%(57/80)respectively,MRI+MRCP can show the site of the diease,accuracy rate 93%(74/80),singly use MRI accuracy rate 89%(71/80) .Conclusion MRCP combined with MRI is an excellent accuracy in the diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary duct diseases.
