空心钉固定治疗小儿股骨颈骨折的临床观察

目的观察采用空心钉固定治疗小儿股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法自2001年以来采用C型臂引导下原位或切开复位空心钉固定治疗小儿股骨颈骨折13例，均为经颈和基底部骨折，其中男7例，女6例，年龄7～14岁。单纯采用空心钉固定7例，空心钉加克式针固定5例，髂骨大块植骨双空心钉固定治疗病理性股骨颈骨折1例。单纯空心钉固定最多为2枚，空心钉加克式针固定者则采用空心钉一枚加2根克式针固定。术后单髋人位石膏固定8～12周，拆石膏后每3个月复查一次。随访年限10个月～4年。结果13例骨折愈合良好，但有1例发生股骨头坏死。结论空心钉固定治疗小儿股骨颈骨折操作方法简单、有效、损伤小、并发症少。

Cannulated screw fixation for femoral neck fractures in childhood

Objective To investigate the clinical results of internal fixation for femoral neck fractures in childhood.Methods Thirteen cases(male 7 and female 6,aged from 7 to 14 years) with fractures of the femoral neck were treated by closed or open reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screw and K-wires under fluoroscopic guidance since 2001.Spica splint was applied for 8~12 weeks after operation.All of them were followed up from 10 months to 4 years after treatment.Results All cases got good healing in fracture,only one with slight avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Conclusions Internal cannulated screw fixation under fluoroscopic guidance is a simple procedure with less injury and complication for children with femoral neck.
