| 摘 要： | 本文报告对60例铅、汞、砷中毒和吸收的病例,以及慢性铍病病例口服谷胱甘肽的临床观察结果,发现口服谷胱甘肽有一定的排砷和排铅作用,治疗后尿砷及尿铅含量较治疗前有所下降,临床症状好转率也高于对照组。对汞及铍病病人无疗效。本药口服安全方便,可作为临床治疗砷和铅中毒的一种辅助药物。

| Abstract: | 60 cases, including 26 cases with chroniclead poisoning and absorption, 14 cases withchronic arsenic poisoning and absorption, 10cases with chronic mercury poisoning and ab-sorption, 10 cases with berylliosis and suspec-ted, were divided into two equal grcoups bydouble-blind method. One group received oraladministration of glulathione (300mg, daily)while another group took placebo tablets for4 weeks. The results showed the percentage ofsymptoms' improvement in lead and arseniccases was higher than-that of controls. Therewere moderate effects on urinary eliminationof lead and arsenic by oral glutathione treat-ment, but no significant alteration both insymptoms' improvement and increase of uri-nary mercury and beryllium eliminationamong mercury and beryllium cases. No toxicand side effect was found. Oral administra-tion of glutathione in the treatment for occu-pational metal poisoning is effective and safe.It is recommended as one of the drugs forarsenic and lead poisoning treatment. |
