| 摘 要： | 目的:观察运用DHS治疗52例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析52例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折采用开放复位DHS治疗的临床资料。结果:本组病例随访6月～2年,骨折愈合良好,无髋内翻骨不连,髋关节功能恢复满意。结论:运用DHS治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折疗效肯定,可减少卧床并发症、减少髋内翻的发生率和降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the therapic experience in the treatment of old patient femoral intertrochanteric fracture using dynamic hip screw. Methods: The clinical data of 52 cases of old patients femoral intertrochanteric fracture using open reduction and dynamic hip screw was analyzed retrospectively. Results: Follow up 6 months to 2 years, all the cases recovered well and no coxa vara happened. The function of coxa joint is satisfied. Conclusions: The curative effect for the treatment of old patient femoral intertrochanteric fracture using dynamic hip screw was good. It could reduce the complication and mortality. |
