摘    要:目的:探讨颞下颌关节盘形态特点及其意义。方法:观察60个福尔马林固定过的颞下颌关节盘,用游标卡尺测量前、中、后各部在内、中、上1/3的厚度。结果:1例2侧关节盘形态异常,其余58个关节盘形态特点:关节盘前、中、后三带逐渐过渡,无明显分界,关带前后径相对较小,变化较少,中、后带的前后径变化较大,多数中带的前后径外1/3较大,内1/3较小。平均厚度:矢状方向的中、内1/3:后份〉前份〉中份,外1/3:

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the morphological variations of human TMJ disc. Methods: Sixty temporomandibular joint discs fixed by formalin were used and the thickness of medial, middle and lateral thirds of each of anterior, intermediate and posterior parts was measured by a vernier. Results: 2 (in 1 case) out of 60 discs were found with abnormal form and the others were with following characteristics. The boundary among anterior , intermediate and posterior part of disc was unclear, The anterior-posterior dimension of the anterior part was shorter and varied less than that of the other two parts. The lateral third of most discs showed a larger anterior-posterior dimension in the intermediate part than in the medial third. In the middle and medial third the posterior part was the thickest, intermediate the thinnest. In the lateral third there was no significant difference between anterior and posterior parts and both of them were thicker than the intermediate part. While on the coronal plane of the intermediate third the medial part was the thickest, lateral the thinnest, but of the posterior third middle was the thickest and lateral the thinnest. For the anterior part no difference was found in the thickness among the saggital thirds. The double concave shape of the discs was found more frequently in the middle saggital third than in the lateral and medial thirds. Conclusion: TMJ disc mophological variation is mainly at intermediate and posterior parts of lateral and medial thirds that might influence the image diagnose of disc displacement.
