维奥欣对颈动脉粥样硬化患者脑血流动力学的影响

目的探讨维奥欣对颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者脑血流供应状况的影响。方法将69例患者随机分为2组,均给予综合治疗,治疗组同时予维奥欣480 mg口服,3次/d。2组均观察2 a,记录患者自觉症状,血流变学,血脂,双侧颈总动脉、颈椎动脉内膜厚度及颅内各血管的血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)等指标的转归并加以分析。结果治疗组症状及上述指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),同时未发现明显毒副作用。结论维奥欣可延缓患者AS的进程,能改善大脑血流,是治疗和预防AS患者的有效药物。

Effect of Weiaoxin on brain hemodynamics in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis

Objective It is to explore the effect of Weiaoxin on blood supply in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis(AS).Methods 69 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Both the two groups were given integrated therapy,and the treatment group was added with Weiaoxin at the dose of 480 mg by mouth three times a day.The indexes including self-conscious symptoms,hemodynamics,blood fat,endomembrane thickness of common carotid artery and vertebral artery in both side,blood flow rate in every intracalvarium blood vessel(Vm),pulsatility index(PI) in the two groups were observed and recorded within two years.Then the indexes were analyzed.Results The improvements of symptoms and indexes above in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).No obvious side effect was found at the same time.Conclusion Weiaoxin can delay the process of AS,and can improve brain blood flow,so it is a effective drug to prevent and treat for AS.
