| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在局麻下赫美材料修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝的临床效果.方法 对我科自2005年3月-2006年7月在局麻下用赫美材料修补治疗老年腹股沟疝36例的临床资料进行回顾分析.结果 原发性疝23例,复发性疝13例.伴发其他疾病22例.手术时间为40-75min,平均时间56min.3天出院.发生并发症2例.随访6个月.无复发.结论 在局麻下应用赫美材料进行老年腹股沟疝无张力修补符合老年腹股沟疝的解剖特点及个体化要求,值得推广.

| Abstract: | ObjectiVe To explore the clinical effect of Hemeimesh for inguina hemia tension-free repair under'local anesthesia in middle or Old aged patients.Methods the cfinical data of 36 patients with Hemeimesh for inguina hernia tension-free repair under local anesthesia were analysed retrospectively.Result Of 36 cases,23 cases with primary hernia ,13 cases with reculTence hernia,22 cases accompanied other discas,the operating times were 40-75min(mean time 56min),the hospital stay WaS 3 days,the complication occured in 2 cases,no recurrence was found in foflowing 6 months·Conclumon heimeimesh tension-free repair uncler local anesthesia is worthy spreading according to anatomical feature and individual requirement of inguinal henia in middle or old aged patients |
