宁夏2003-2006年度流感监测结果分析

目的通过对宁夏2003-2006年度流感监测结果的分析,了解宁夏流感流行情况,进一步加强监测工作,为做好流感预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法收集、汇总流感监测点的流感样病例数、就诊人数和流感暴发疫情资料,进行描述性分析。对采集的流感样病例标本用鸡胚、MDCK细胞、血凝抑制实验进行流感病毒分离、培养、鉴定。结果2003-2006年共监测到流感样病例2338例,流感样病例就诊比例为0.92%,采集标本851份,标本采集率36.40%,分离到H1、H3亚型和B型流感病毒56株,阳性率为6.58%,以H1(42.86%)、H3(39.29%)亚型为主,与我国的流行株一致。病毒分离与流行病学监测都显示呈冬季高发的特点,宁夏流感处于相对平稳的状态。结论宁夏已初步形成了覆盖全区的流感监测网络,监测工作质量稳步提高,基本达到了监测的目的,满足了流感防治工作的需要。

Analysis on surveillance of influenza in Ningxia from 2003 to 2006

Objective To understand epidemic situation of influenza and to enhance influenza surveillance so as to offer scientific data to establishing control and prevention of influenza.Methods Collecting surveillance datum of influenza-like illness(ILI) in monitored hospitals,and surveying the outbreaks of influenza.All taking specimens were processed to culture and Virus isolation and detect the antigens in chick embryos and MDCK cell culture and identified using the haemagglutination inhibition test(HI).Results Totally 2338 cases ILI were reported in monitored hospitals from 2003 to 2006.Ratio of cases ILI were 0.92%.Taking specimens were 851 samples,Ratio of taking specimens were(36.40%.)56 strains influenza viruses belong to subtype H_1,H_3 and typed B.Positive ratio was 6.58%.Subtype H_1 occupy 42.86%and subtype H_3 occupy 39.29%.It is keeping with epidemic strains of our country.Both of influenza surveillance and identified of influenza viruses showed influenza trend steady and incidence of influenza is higher in winter in Ningxia.Conclusion Internet of influenza surveillance in Ningxia was basically established and work of influenza surveillance gradually rises.It is able to satisfactory to the control and prevention of influenza.
