| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断及合理处理方式。方法 对本院近 10年来 10 5例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 10 5例患者 17例经阴道分娩 ,88例行剖宫产术 ,其中 81例在剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术。结论 B超是诊断妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的有效手段 ;剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis of hysteromyoma during pregnancy and its appropriate treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the latest 10 years' 105 pregnant women with hysteromyoma. Results Eighty-eight ones accepted cesarean section, 81 of whom were performed hysteromyomectomy simultaneously. The other 17 ones experienced vaginal labor.Conclusion Ultrasonic is a useful way to the diagnosis of hysteromyoma during pregnancy, and it is feasible that hysteromyomectomy is performed in the course of cesarean section. |
