国内卫生应急体系研究热点的双聚类分析

目的：梳理卫生应急体系研究的相关文献并进行可视化分析,识别卫生应急体系研究领域的热点和盲点。方法：以中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台为数据源,检索2003-2021年该领域发表的文献。采用gCLUTO 2.0软件对关键词进行双聚类,并根据聚类结果进行分析。结果：经筛选得到文献2 235篇,结合聚类分析结果和文献梳理结果得到“新冠疫情”“紧急医学救援”“疾病预防控制体系”“卫生应急体系和能力”4个主题。结论：卫生应急体系相关研究政策导向性较强、缺乏连贯性、政府决策支持类文献缺乏实证研究、循证力度不足等问题。

Double cluster analysis of research hotspots in domestic health emergency system

Objective To sort out the literature in the research field of health emergency system and carry out visual analysis, so as to identify the hot spots and blind spots in the research field of health emergency system. Methods Taking CKNI and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform as data sources, the literatures published in this field from 2003 to 2021 were retrieved. The keywords were double clustered by gCLUTO 2.0 software, and the clustering results were analyzed. Results 2235 articles were screened, and 4 themes of "COVID-19", "emergency medical rescue", "disease prevention and control system", "health emergency response system and capability" were obtained based on cluster analysis and literature review. It was found that there were different research gaps in these 4 topics. Conclusion There are some problems in the research on health emergency system, such as strong policy orientation but lack of coherence, lack of empirical research on government decision support literature, insufficient evidence-based research and so on.
