脑卒中生存质量评估及相关影响因素研究进展

脑卒中患者的生存质量及其影响因素逐渐成为我国及世界各国重要的卫生保健问题之一。健康相关性生存质量评价不仅能评价脑卒中的相关损害,而且还能评价其转归。目前国内的量表主要根据国际制订量表的译本,并对其信度、效度和敏感度进行系统的评价。对脑卒中存活者生存质量影响因素的研究,有利于指导康复和全面改善患者的生存质量。

Research Advancement of Life Quality Evaluation and Influencing Factors in Stroke

Quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with stroke has gradually become an important health issue in China and other countries. The health-related quality of life can be used to evaluate not only the stroke-related impairments, but also to evaluate the outcome of stroke. At present, the national scale is mainly based on the translation of international scale and their relative reliability, validity, and sensitivity have been evaluated systematically in China. The study about the life quality factors of stroke survivors is helpful to guide rehabilitation and improve the quality of life overall.
