| 摘 要： | 目的:为我国药品管理的进一步完善提供借鉴。方法:通过比较中、美两国对药品概念的界定、不合格药品分类、不符合《药品生产质量管理规范》条件下生产药品行为的管理、药品广告的管理及药品监督管理部门拥有的权力等,分析目前我国药品管理中仍存在的问题。结果与结论:我国应积极借鉴发达国家的经验,使药品管理更趋合理、合法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the improvement of drug control in China.METHODS:The problems in China's drug control were analyzed by drawing a comparison between China and USA in terms of the drug concepts,cate-gorization of unqualified drugs,administration on drugs’manufacture that were not in conformity with Good Manufacture Practice,administration on drug advertisements,and the power and authority of the drug administration agencies,etc.RE-SULTS&CONCLUSION:China should draw useful experiences from the developed countries to make drug control more reasonable and more legitimate. |
