二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断腮腺肿块与病理诊断对照

目的：总结腮腺肿物的高频声像图特征及其彩色多普勒血流变化（CDFI）情况、评价彩超的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析25例腮肿块的彩超声见，并与病理对照。结果：腮腺肿块的二维超声物理性诊断符合率100％，超声与病理结果对照，符合率因病而异，良性符合率为82％，恶性符合率为41％，彩色多普勒技术能大大提高恶性肿国诊断率。结论：彩 色多普勒对恶性肿瘤的诊断具有重要价值。

Evaluation of two-dimensional ultrasonograph and color doppler imaging in the value of differential diagnosis on parotid tumor

Objectives Evaluate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the differential diagnosis between malignant tumor and tumor of parotid.Methods We analysed and evaluated synthetically the two-dimensional sonographic characteristics and CDFI of benign and malignant tumor of parotid in the 128 cases identified by operation and pathology.Results CDFI showed that the positive expectant value was 100%(128/128),and the accurate rate was 82%(102/128) in parotid tumor,while the accuracy rates were relatively lower simply in malignant tumor of parotid.Conclusions Two-dimension and CDFI were valuable in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant tumor of parotid and were of referable value in the accurate diagnosis before operation.
