肝细胞癌E-cadherin和ki-67蛋白表达与肝切除术预后关系的研究

目的：研究E-cadherin和ki-67在肝细胞癌（HCC）组织中的表达与HCC临床病理指标和肝切除术后患者预后的关系。方法：应用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学检测255例HCC组织标本中的E-cadherin和ki-67的表达,并分析与临床病理指标、肿瘤1年复发率和术后总生存期的关系。结果：E-cadherin表达与肿瘤直径相关（P〈0.05）,阴性表达组1年复发率明显高于阳性组（P〈0.05）;ki-67表达与血管癌栓和肿瘤分化程度相关（P〈0.05）,阳性表达组与阴性表达组相比1年复发率高、总生存期短（P〈0.05）。Cox比例风险模型多因素分析显示ki-67阳性表达是HCC肝切除术后独立风险因子。结论：E-cadherin阴性表达者和ki-67阳性表达者早期复发率高,ki-67阳性表达是HCC肝切除术后独立的风险因子,可作为HCC肝切除术后患者总生存期的评估指标。
