摘    要:目的了解呼叫系统手柄细菌污染情况及消毒效果。方法对普通病区50个呼叫系统手柄在消毒前和消毒后不同时间进行检测,观察消毒间隔时间对消毒效果的影响。结果50个呼叫系统手柄消毒前细菌污染率为100%,菌落数最高为150cfu/cm^2。消毒后,仅有6个呼叫系统手柄培养出致病菌,样本污染率下降了88.00%,菌落污染率下降了97.77%。且菌落数最高为6cfu/cm^2,均达到国家卫生部规定要求。消毒后12h内符合卫生部规定的物体表面带菌标准。结论呼叫系统手柄细菌污染严重,用500mg/L含氯消毒剂进行消毒2次,d,能达到卫生检测标准。

Abstract:Objective To find out the condition of bacteria contamination and sterilization effect in the calling system handle. Methods We detected the bacteria contamination at different time points before and after sterilization in 50 calling system handle. Then we observed influence of time interval of sterilization on the disinfection effect. Results The bacteria contamination rate of the 50 handles was 100% before sterilization with the highest quantity of bacteria colony reaching 150 cfu/cm^2. Bacteria were only detected by cultivation in 6 handles after disinfection with the highest quantity of bacteria colony only reaching 6 cfu/cm^2.The contamination rate of samples dropped by 88% and the contamination rate of colony dropped by 97.77%.The disinfection effect met the standard set by the National Ministry of Health. Conclusion The calling system handles were seriously contaminated and it could meet the health standard by sterilization with 500 mg/L of chloride disinfectants two times a day.
