肾上腺肿瘤CT征象分析

目的：探讨肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现。方法：对经手术病理证实的42例肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：肾上腺腺瘤19例，转移瘤9例，髓质脂肪瘤7例，腺癌4例，嗜铬细胞瘤3例。腺瘤呈类圆形，近似水样密度，边缘清楚锐利，均可见部分正常肾上腺。转移瘤外形无张力，呈类圆形或不规则形，边界清晰，不规则环形强化。髓质瘤病灶内密度不均，可见脂肪密度，边界清晰。皮质腺癌肿块巨大，密度不均，轻到中度絮状不规则强化，周围脏器受压移位。嗜铬细胞瘤呈囊实性肿块，病灶边界清楚、锐利，实性部分明显强化。结论：根据肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现可以明确肾上腺肿瘤的大小、数目、病理组织特点及与周围组织器官的解剖关系。CT横断扫描及多平面重建技术是肾上腺肿瘤术前检查的首选方法。

Analysis of CT signs of adrenal tumors

Objective:To evaluate display of CT scan in diagnosing of adrenal tumors.Methods:The CT features of adrenal tumors proved pathologically in 42 cases were reviewed.Results:Of 42 adrenal tumors,19 cases were adenoma,9 cases were metastatic,7 cases were adrenal myelolipoma,4 cases were adenocarcinoma and 3 cases were pheochromocytoma.Adenoma presented as homogenous water density mass.Metastatic tumor presented as irregular mass of heterogeneous density with ring of mass middle-level enhancement.Myelolipoma presented as uneven density mass with fat contents.Adenocarcinoma was the largest irregular mass of uneven density with uneven enhance.Pheochromocytoma was larger mass of heterogeneous density with marked enhancement.Conclusion:CT can reflet the size,number,dissection and the pathologyical features of adrenal tumor by demonstrateing corresponding imaging features.CT scan and rendering technic is the first choice.
