| 摘 要： | 中性粒细胞大量、持续地动员是大多数慢性炎症性肺疾病包括严重阻塞性肺疾病的重要标志。白细胞介素(IL)-17A是由T细胞产生的一种细胞因子,它能诱导肺留驻细胞内特殊细胞因子和集落刺激因子的释放,间接参与支气管肺泡腔内中性粒细胞的聚集和相关活性的改变,并在该过程中起到重要作用。本文对IL-17A与肺部疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | It has proved that an excessive and sustained mobilization of neutrophils is a hallmark of several chronic inflammatory lung disorders including severe obstructive lung disease.Interleukin(IL)-17A is produced by T lymphocytes,and it exerts an orchestrating effect on the accumulation and associated activity of neutrophils in the bronchoalveolar space through inducing the release of specific cytokines and colony stimulating factors in resident lung cells.This article reviewed the relationship between interleukin(IL)-17A and lung disease. |
