摘    要: 目的 探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)在侵袭性垂体腺瘤和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化法检测26例侵袭性垂体腺瘤和20例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中uPA的表达,并结合临床资料分析.结果 uPA在侵袭性垂体腺瘤的表达明显高于在非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达,uPA的表达水平与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性呈正相关.结论 uPA与垂体腺瘤侵袭性生长及复发相关,是影响预后的重要因素之一.

Abstract:Objective Angiogenesis,formation of a new blood supply,is an essential step in tumorigenesis.The urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) has been suggested to be important factors for tumor angiogenesis.In the present study,we studied the expression of uPA and its clinical significance in pituitary adenomas.Methods The expression of uPA was assayed using immunohistochemical method in 26 cases of invasive pituitary adenomas and 20 cases of non-invasive pituitary adenomas.Their clinical information was reviewed and analyzed.Results (1)Overexpressed levels of uPA were detected in invasive pituitary adenomas while lower expression levels of them were present in non-invasive pituitary adenomas.(2)The expression levels of uPA was considerably correlated with development of the invasive pituitary adenomas.(3) The expression levels of uPA in the pituitary adenomas was higher.Conclusions The expression of uPA may have positive correlation with invasion and recurrence of pituitary adenomas and may has indication value to their prognosis.
