某三甲专科医院不良事件分析及对策研究△

目的：通过对医疗机构发生医疗质量安全不良事件进行深入研究，有针对性地探寻有效的预防策略，增强医院医疗安全管理水平。方法：采用回顾性分析研究方法，对2021年至2023年天津某三甲专科医院通过OA系统上报的401起不良事件进行级别、数量、类别等方面分析。结果：2021-2023年不良事件报告例数呈现逐年上升趋势，且不良事件主要集中在Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级不良事件，器械管理类不良事件的上报量最多，占比35.16%。结论：不断完善医疗质量安全管理体系，建立非惩罚性的不良事件激励上报机制，强化医务人员质量安全教育和培训，借助信息化手段建立大数据挖掘工具平台，确保患者的生命安全。

Analysis of Adverse Events and Countermeasures of a Certain Grade A Tertiary Specialized Hospital△

Objective：Through in-depth research on the occurrence of medical quality and safety （adverse） events in medical institutions，to enhance the level of medical safety management in hospitals. Methods：The research method of retrospective analysis was selected to analyze the level，number，and cause category of 401 adverse events reported by a certain grade A tertiary specialized hospital in Tianjin through the OA system from 2021 to 2023. Results：From 2021 to 2023，the number of adverse events reported showed an increasing trend year by year，and the adverse events were mainly concentrated in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ adverse events，and the number of adverse events reported in device management was the largest，accounting for 35.16%. Conclusion：Continuously improve the management system of medical quality and safety （adverse） events，establish a non-punitive incentive reporting mechanism，strengthen the quality and safety education and training of medical staff，and improve the efficiency of adverse event reporting with the help of information technology to ensure the safety of patients.
