同辈支持学习在临床护士循证护理培训中的应用

摘    要:目的 评价同辈支持学习在临床护士循证护理理论培训中的应用效果。方法 对39名临床护士进行基于同辈支持学习的循证护理理论培训,共14次小组活动。比较培训前后临床护士循证护理实践知识、态度、行为和循证护理能力。结果 培训后,护士的循证护理实践知识、态度、行为得分及循证护理能力得分显著高于培训前(均P<0.05)。结论 同辈支持学习用于临床护士循证护理理论培训,可有效提高循证护理实践知信行水平和循证护理能力。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of peer-supported learning in training of evidence-based nursing (EBN) in frontline nurses.Methods A total of 39 frontline nurses received EBN training by using peer-supported learning strategy, involving 14 sessions of group activities.Their EBN knowledge, attitudes and behaviors, as well as ability to perform EBN practice were compared before and after the training.Results All the above-mentioned parameters were significantly improved after the training (all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of peer-supported learning in EBN training for frontline nurses, can effectively promote their EBN knowledge, attitudes and behaviors, as well as EBN nursing practice.
