| Abstract: | We describe four successful cases demonstrating the use of a novel filter-guidewire (FilterWire EX) during complex percutaneous coronary interventions in saphenous vein grafts (n = 3) and native coronary artery (n = 1) for prevention of distal embolization and consequently myonecrosis. |
